When we won't see you online
Certain presentations — surgical emergencies, chest pain or breathing difficulty, high fever in infants, psychiatric crises, uncontrolled bleeding, suspected fractures, or anything needing physical examination — are flagged during intake and redirected to in-person or emergency care rather than treated as a teleconsultation. This is a safety feature, not a limitation of the format.
